Sinopsis

Alif, who seems to have the perfect life—a beautiful wife, an adorable son, and a thriving career as a micro-painter—suffers partial memory loss after a car crash. When a woman claiming to be his long-lost mother appears, he begins to suspect she may be an imposter. Entangled in a race to uncover the truth before his memories fade, Alif is drawn back to a mysterious accident in his childhood village 18 years ago—a place with dark secrets that were never meant to be unearthed.

Biografi Sutradara

Kevin Rahardjo

Kevin Rahardjo is an Indonesian filmmaker based in Jakarta. His graduation short ‘Accidentally Intentional' (2023) premiered at the Palm Springs International ShortFest 2023 and competed at the Red Sea, Nashville, and Alternativa. His feature film project ‘Parasomnia’ won the NAFF Award at BIFAN It Project 2023 and was selected at Brussels Genre Market 2024 and Autumn Meeting 2024. He is the co-writer of folk-horror project ‘Maiden Home’ (VIPO Award at BIFAN It Project 2023, Talents Tokyo 2023, Brussels Fantastic Pitchbox 2024). His latest short film, ‘In the Name of Love I Will Punish You,’ premiered at Fantasia 2024.

Rafki Hidayat

Rafki Hidayat wrote several feature films in Indonesia, including ‘Kafir: A Deal With The Devil' (2018), ‘Makmum 2’ (2021) with 1.7 million admissions, and the latest Screenplay for Bumilangit’s superhero film ‘Virgo & the Sparklings' (2023). Recently, he wrote 2 episodes of Netflix original anthology series ‘Joko Anwar’s Nightmares and Daydreams' (2024). ‘Parasomnia’, his feature project, has won the NAFF Award at BIFAN It Project 2023 and was selected at Brussels Genre Market 2024 and Autumn Meeting 2024.
