Synopsis
Sinopsis
In the throes of adolescence, RAMA (16), a defiant teenager, perceives the world as an adversary. His belief that everyone is against him is only mitigated by the presence of his mother, his sole ally in the tumultuous world of teenage life. However, when tragedy befalls him, robbing him of the one person he could depend on, Rama is thrust into the challenge of navigating life independently. In this newfound solitude, a glimmer of peace emerges in the form of i-BU—an AI program crafted by a friend, mirroring the comforting presence of his mother’s figure.

Biografi Sutradara
Ho Wi Ding
Born in Malaysia, Ho Wi Ding graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and is currently based in Taiwan. He directed the short films Respire (2005) and Summer Afternoon (2008), both of which were selected for the Cannes Film Festival. His feature directorial debut, Pinoy Sunday (2010), earned him the Best New Director Award at the Golden Horse Awards, and he later won the Platform Prize at the Toronto International Film Festival for Cities of Last Things (2018). His other works include Beautiful Accident (2017) and Terrorizers (2021).
