JAFF x MTN AsahBakat: Sharing Cutting: Peran Editing dalam Film Animasi
Indonesia’s animation film industry is entering a period of rapid growth, marked by the increasing global recognition of its works. Behind these visually stunning achievements lies the vital yet often unseen role of film editing the key element that shapes rhythm, emotion, and narrative strength. The editing process for animated films presents unique challenges and approaches distinct from live-action cinema, making it a discipline whose knowledge deserves wider dissemination to strengthen the national film ecosystem. This discussion is a collaboration between JAFF and the Indonesian Association of Film Editors (INAFEd), supported by MTN AsahBakat, presenting a public lecture that explores how storytelling is crafted at the editing desk of Indonesian animated films.
