Booktalks “Film Bisa Dieja”
“Book Discussion: Film Bisa Dieja” is an open discussion forum designed to celebrate the intersection of two narrative art forms: film and poetry. At the heart of this event is the reading and reflection of poems contained in the book Film Bisa Dieja, a unique compilation that transforms the profound impressions of film-viewing experiences (across various genres, eras, and countries) into a series of poetic verses.
The reading will take place in an open area to create a contemplative and intimate atmosphere, allowing participants to feel a direct connection between the environment, emotional depth, and the visual language of film that has been transformed into lyrical form.
Following the personal and reflective reading session, the discussion will expand to explore how a visual work like film can evoke such strong emotional and intellectual responses that it inspires the creation of new literary works.
