A filmmaker stands on top of a bridge overlooking the Kamo River. As he films passers-by going about their day, he imagines what their conversations would be if they were all Singaporeans like him.

Biografi Sutradara
Seth Cheong
His short films, Lay Over and Late Twenties, have screened at the Singapore International Film Festival in 2022 and 2024 respectively. He is an alumnus of the ASEAN-ROK Film Leaders Incubator 2023 and the SGIFF Southeast Asian Film Lab 2023, where in which his debut feature project, Blue Buildings, was awarded Special Mention.
