This program is a vital discussion space between the film education community and PERDIBROFI (The Association of Indonesian Broadcasting and Film Educators). Its primary focus is the strengthening of educator competency, the development of vocational curricula, and collaboration between schools, universities, and the creative industry. The discussion addresses the adaptation of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers to technological developments and career paths in the film industry. The goal is to reinforce the role of vocational education in creating creative human resources ready to compete at the national level. CF JAFF highlights the role of PERDIBROFI as a driver for enhancing teacher capacity and as a bridge between education and industry. This is expected to give rise to a sustainable collaboration model that strengthens the film and broadcasting ecosystem in Indonesia.
