How Does the Film Community Enter the Film Industry?
Community Presentation III opens a space for dialogue with the film community about its potential and the challenges it faces—especially for those with academic backgrounds. Three community panellists will share their thoughts on the future of the film industry and explore opportunities for collaboration across different community layers.
With a spirit that has remained strong for a decade, we hope to inspire all participants at the JAFF#19 Community Forum to carry this enthusiasm forward and engage with the various aspects of their communities.

Pallapa Pictures
Pallapa Pictures is a creative community founded in 2022 by students from IKJ and Citra Film School who share a passion for producing audiovisual works. It focuses on nurturing its member’s creative skills, encouraging new ideas and concepts.
SAE Film Committee
SAE Film Committee plays a key role in developing and managing film-related curricula within SAE institutions. Its members ensure that the courses meet educational standards and reflect relevant aspects of the film and media industries.
Glanggang Movie Education Center
Glanggang Movie Education Center (also known as Sewek Kawung) was established by Sudjane Kenken in 2019. Located in Glanggang Village, it aims to make the area a hub for film education and production, covering all stages of filmmaking and film history while producing short films.
