Biografi Sutradara
Sofyan Suharyo
Sofyan Suharyo, often called Sop, is an animator from Lampung, Indonesia. He began his career in 2016 as a 2D animator at a renowned studio in Bandung. After leaving his full-time job in Jakarta in 2024, he and his friends started a new animation studio called Hotpot Cinema. Currently, Sop is studying Mandarin in China. He was intrigued by Chinese words that sounded familiar to Indonesian ears. That's where the idea for his super short film "Ānjìng" came from.
