ICS x JAFF: Serikat Pekerja Industri Film

The creative and digital economy has become one of the important sectors in Indonesia’s economy. This industry is also filled with productive young people. That productivity does not align with the offers and guarantees that workers in the creative industry receive fair rights like those in other sectors. Some of the concerns include still lacking proper protection, a flexible work environment that isolates workers, trapping them in the individualization trap that makes their bargaining power increasingly vulnerable.

Also known as Pinung, she has built extensive expertise in time management and leadership since 2002. She is known for her colleagues. Many of the films she has contributed to have achieved significant commercial success.

Now serving as the head of a studio at Come and See Pictures, Pinung plays a pivotal role behind the scenes, ensuring smooth production processes and turning creative visions into cinematic realities.

Tri Adi Prasetyo (Tepeng) is a cinematographer (director of photography) born in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia. He’s a cinematographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. His massive passion for cinematography and visual art is a person with eyes for crafting visual storytelling, details, and aesthetics. He focused on partnering with directors to bring stories to life in new and exciting ways.

Ikhsan Raharjo has dedicated the past fifteen years to journalism, primarily working with the international news network Al Jazeera. His experience across diverse media platforms has refined his understanding of global news and storytelling. Beyond his work in journalism, Ikhsan is deeply committed to advocating for the rights and welfare of media and creative industry professionals. As the Chairman of SINDIKASI, a union he helped establish in 2017, Ikhsan spearheads initiatives to protect freelancers' rights, expand social security, improve mental health awareness in workplaces, and enhance safety conditions for film workers. His leadership in policy advocacy reflects a solid commitment to creating fairer, safer, and more supportive work environments for his peers in the media and creative industries.
