Synopsis
Sinopsis
In Bengaluru, Neela and Shanmuka, a rural couple, struggle under financial strain. Haunted by past abortions, Shanmuka refuses to raise children in the city. Yet Neela, burdened by grief and secrecy, is carrying her fourth pregnancy without his knowledge. Torn between fear of his reaction and her longing to protect the unborn child, she hides her truth while yearning for peace. At its heart, the story asks: will Neela find the courage to claim her autonomy and secure a future for her child against the odds?

Ragu Aarav
Ragu Aarav, a Bengaluru-based filmmaker and graphic designer in the Kannada film industry, directed his first short film, "Shackles of Sky," in 2024. Drawing inspiration from his poster design work and discussions with directors, Ragu is building his body of work with the dream of directing a feature film.
