The year 2025 marks two decades of Reza Rahadian’s journey in the Indonesian film industry. From the beginning of his career to the present, Reza has played various characters in various genres and mediums, including feature films, digital series, and theater. This journey has made him one of the most influential figures in the Indonesian film industry. However, behind the actor’s public image lies a long process of exploration, transformation, and courage to continue growing. Now, Reza is taking a step further with his directorial debut through the film Pangku, which won an award at the 2025 Busan International Film Festival (BIFF). Through this talk show, JAFF aims to create a space for reflection and inspiration, not merely discussing acting techniques or career journeys, but exploring the values, philosophies, and personal processes behind his 20-year career in Indonesian cinema.

Nai Djenar Maisa Ayu known as an author, actor, director and producer. She has published six anthologies of short stories and a novel. She also has produced, written and directed feature films and short films.
Her short story ‘SUCKLING FATHER’ became The Best Short Story of Women’s Journal 2003, while ‘NAYLA’S TIME’ won an award of Kompas Best Short Story.
Djenar directed her first film based on her short stories collection ‘THEY SAY I'M A MONKEY!’ in 2008 and won Citra Award for Best Adaptation Scenario category and a Special Jury Mention for Best New Director at Indonesian Film Festival 2009 and TEMPO Awards for Best Film, Best Adaptation Screenplay and Best Director in the same year.
Her third film ‘NAY’, won NETPAC Award for Best Asian Feature Film at Jogja NETPAC Asian Film Festival 2015.
