Production Culture Research

Production culture studies examine the social, cultural, and economic factors that influence how media is produced. Several issues are being investigated, including work practices, industry power dynamics, workplace norms and identities, innovation and technology, and collaboration. Locality, globalization, and policy context are all relevant. The study specifically looks at the film industry’s culture, values, practices, and power dynamics to better comprehend the differences between production processes and content. This program intends to offer researchers and students with film major to gainknowledge and skills necessary to conduct research on film production culture.
