Sahabat Hanoman is a community that has been a great support for JAFF in keeping the festival running until today. They have shown their support by purchasing our tickets and merchandise. In return, we provide Sahabat Hanoman with easy access and various benefits during the festival.

There are 5 categories of Sahabat Hanoman:

1. Support Hanoman

If you are unable to attend the JAFF festival but still want to support us, consider Support Hanoman. It is an excellent option for viewers who are loyal and want to contribute in a meaningful way. Your support will help to ensure that the festival runs smoothly and that the enchanting experience of JAFF remains for years to come.

2. Student Hanoman

The Student Hanoman package is exclusively designed for student audiences who can prove their status by uploading a valid student card. In case the buyer of the Student Hanoman package is found to have submitted a falsified student card, the payment made by the buyer will not be refunded.

3. Basic Hanoman

Basic Hanoman is a package dedicated to general audiences, with various benefits during the festival.

4. Advanced Hanoman

Advanced Hanoman is a package dedicated to general audiences with benefits during the festival and exclusive JAFF 2023 merchandise.

5. Royal Hanoman

Royal Hanoman is the most complete Sahabat Hanoman package for general audiences. We provide access, merchandise, and even hotel accommodations during the festival.

3. Enter the purchase page of Sahabat Hanoman, then click “Buy Now” on the next page fill in the billing payment form, and make sure everything you fill in is correct. Then click “Place order”.  If you choose Student Hanoman, you must prove to be an active student as evidenced by uploading a photo of your student card. If we find fraud such as falsifying student cards, the money you have paid to the festival will not be refunded.
4. Make payment no later than 1 hours after the checkout process
5. If the festival organizer has received the payment, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.
6. With the sending of the confirmation e-mail by organizer,  it means you have joined Sahabat Hanoman JAFF 2023.

1. Once you have selected the package you want, proceed to checkout and complete the purchase.
2. Kindly make the payment within an hour of placing the order.
3. Please select the bank of your choice.
4. After that, you will receive a virtual payment account number.
5. Payments can be made through mobile banking, internet banking, or ATMs.
6. Enter the virtual account number that you have received
7. To complete your purchase, please enter the price listed on the package you have selected and proceed with the payment process.
8. We only accept payments through virtual account methods with banks registered almost all over Indonesia such as BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB, BSI, Danamon, Permata, and OTHER BANKS connected to Alto/Prima/ATM Bersama.
9. We do not accept payment methods such as Credit Cards, bank transfers, QRIS, or other methods.

Sahabat Hanoman(Student, Basic, Advanced, Royal) has the freedom to choose any film that they desires. But there is something that Sahabat Hanoman should know, JAFF usually consists of 5 studios and 4 screening times/shows

Each customer can choose one film per show. Ensure schedules don’t overlap because some films may be longer than usual.

Support Hanoman is unable to choose films. They are only able to obtain merchandise from JAFF.

Sahabat Hanoman (Student, Basic, Advanced, Royal) has the privilege of being able to select films before other general audiences. The special film selection access for Sahabat Hanoman will be opened on November 10-14, 2023 through a link sent after payment is completed.

Support Hanoman is unable to choose films. They are only able to obtain merchandise from JAFF.

Yes, there are some limitations for Student, Basic, Advanced, and Royal Hanoman. We are committed to ensuring that all Sahabat Hanoman have a comfortable experience and are guaranteed the best seats at every film screening.

However, there is no limit on purchasing the Support Hanoman package, and it will be available until the end of the festival
