Synopsis
Sinopsis
The happiness in Bram and Nona’s unblessed marriage is slowly falling apart due to social conditions and economic pressures. Bram’s ongoing efforts with his inadequate salary have not improved things, especially after he has been suffering from lung disease before the birth of their third child. Meanwhile, Nona’s attempts to work have only driven the situation toward inevitable despair.

Teguh Karya
Teguh Karya is a legendary Indonesian film director and the founder of Teater Populer since its inception in 1968. Known as a maestro of Indonesian cinema, he won the Best Director award six times at the Indonesian Film Festival. His films launched the careers of prominent actors like Slamet Rahardjo, Tuti Indra Malaon, Christine Hakim, and Alex Komang. Teguh passed away in 2001 due to complications from a stroke he suffered in 1998.
