SYNOPSIS
After being evicted by the local gangsters, an old carpenter goes on a futile search for his missing cat. As he meanders through the forgotten people and places, he is forced to confront the incurable decay of the town.

DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY
Pek Jia Hao, Ang Jia Jun
Pek Jia Hao and Ang Jia Jun are filmmakers from Singapore. Their debut short Beyond the Other Shore (波罗蜜) won the Grand Prix at the 65th ZINEBI. Their second short, As If to Nothing (我的未來不是夢), screened at the 52nd Telluride Film Festival and received the Best Fiction Short award at the 67th ZINEBI. In 2026, they were selected for the Locarno Filmmakers Academy.
