Tutu Teno : The Song for The Bees
14 minutes | 2025 | Indonesia | Documentary | Uab Meto, Indonesian
SYNOPSIS
In the hills of rural Timor Island, a traditional leader watches the bees he once trusted disappear. As their hum fades, so does the honey that sustain his community. Seasons shift, flowers bloom out of rhythm, and he holds onto songs, ceremonies, and stories that honor the bees. Protecting his people’s way of life becomes a struggle to keep nature and tradition alive in a world that is rapidly changing.
