Turgaud is a contemporary drama that explores loyalty, responsibility, and moral compromise. The title draws from a Central Asian tradition in which turgaud referred to sworn bodyguards bound by absolute allegiance. Through this lens, the narrative examines obedience and complicity, questioning how far loyalty can stretch before it collapses under ethical pressure, particularly when personal emotion intervenes.
