Ninndi Raras
Ninndi Raras is a film director and screenwriter known for her works highlighting social and cultural issues, as well as the role of women in society. Her soft yet emotionally charged cinematographic style distinguishes her as one of the most influential female directors in Indonesian short films. In her biographical work, Mbok & Bung (2022), she portrays Mbok Sarinah as a symbol of Indonesian women's struggle. Her most recent film, Mbok & Bung, has received widespread attention at numerous national film festivals.
