The small family of Inai and Rani survive in remote Sintang city, every night Inai turns into Tuju or also known as Kuyang. Rani tries hard so that Inai does not hunt babies or the blood of women who have just given birth by finding chickens for food. The condition of Rani’s poor family makes Rani have to steal chickens from the farm. While stealing, Rani was caught by the owner, Wirman. Rani was interrogated and Wirman received news that his wife was about to give birth. Hearing this, Rani immediately ran away and approached her mother at home so that when she turned into Tuju, she would not eat Wirman’s baby.
