Biografi Sutradara
Afif Fahmi
Afif Fahmi was born in Sapudi Island - Indonesia, December 1996. He is a Film and TV graduate at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta. He has directed several short fiction and documentary films. In making movies, he talks a lot about the relationship between humans and nature. His film 'Sampun Jawah' competed at the 2018 Sjón International Anthropological Film Festival (Denmark) and was nominated (Best College Film) at the 2019 Strasburg Film Festival (USA).
His latest film 'Human vs Elephant' won (Best Film) at Denpasar Documentary Film Festival 2020, Bandung Independent Film Festival 2021, and won (Gaia Award) at Bozcaada International Festival of Ecological Documentary 2021.
