Synopsis
Sinopsis
Upon hearing a myth about falling stars, a young girl’s curiosity is sparked. When night falls on AlWakrah village, she sets out on her father’s boat, with the assistance of her older brother, to chase the fabled comets.

Biografi Sutradara
Amal Al-Muftah
Amal Al-Muftah is a Qatari Filmmaker and Director. Her career as a filmmaker started while she was in high school, directing short fiction films and documentaries. During her time at university, Amal directed two award-winning films, “Smicha" (2015) and "Sh’hab" (2018), which travelled to more than 50 festivals worldwide. Entering the art world through filmmaking, she directed a short art film for Qatar Museums' Art Mills exhibition , “In Memory Of” (2022), and a feature documentary.
