Biografi Sutradara
BW Purbanegara
BW Purbanegara, a graduate of Gadjah Mada University's Faculty of Philosophy, is a self-taught filmmaker. His journey began with "MUSAFIR," a short documentary that premiered at the Berlinale in 2009. In 2011, his short fiction film "BERMULA DARI A" had its premieres at the Busan International Film Festival and the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. It won awards at various festivals and received the Citra Award for Best Short Film at the Festival Film Indonesia. In 2017, his debut feature, "TALES OF THE OTHERWORDS," earned critical acclaim and awards. His latest work, an experimental feature about Bali's Moksa culture, premiered as "HISTORY OF UNTELLABLE TALES" at the Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival (JAFF).
