Yandy Laurens
Yandy Laurens, film director and screenwriter at Cerita Films, has pioneered the birth of the web series format in Indonesia. He became known when his short film Wan An (2012) won Indonesian Film Festival. His works have proven to be successful in scoring millions of viewers in Indonesia. Each of his works always uses an approach that is closely related to the daily life of the audience. His first feature-length film, “Cemara’s Family” in 2019, was welcomed by 1.7 million Indonesian viewers.
