Amar Haikal
Amar Haikal is a young film writer and director from Jakarta, Indonesia. Currently studying film directing in Jakarta Institute of Arts, Amar found interest in story-writing at an early age before branching into filmmaking in high school.
Through his work, Amar aims to capture and talk about the overlooked consequences of the common local, social norms within the fast-paced nature of urban life.
