Reza is an Indonesian film director who was born in Jakarta, July 14th 1993. He graduated from Indonesian Institute or Arts Yogyakarta and founded Crazyone Films in 2015. In the past years, he has been consistently highlighting social working class issues through his films. His film "Rest In Peace" was selected for short film competition at Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival 2019, and now he's developing his first feature film.

AYA (25), is an influencer who is slowly losing her popularity. She decides to go on a holiday to an exotic coast resort, far from the demands of her work in Jakarta. Although she is far from the city, her manager, ANDHIKA (33), sends her a few products to review. Aya is then trapped in a contract, which obliges her to work.

Aditya Ahmad
Aditya Ahmad, is a Makassar-born writer-director. His first short film, Sepatu Baru (2013), brought him to Berlin International Film Festival. In 2018, Adit released his second short film, titled Kado, which became the best short film of Venice Horison Award in Venice Film Festival 2018. Two years later, Aditya Ahmad was chosen to be the director of the drama series, Saiyo Sakato.

Synopsis
The employees of Uma de Raffa, a nearly bankrupt resort, are getting anxious. They put a lot of hope, knowing that they are expecting a guest who is told to be the resort investor. The investor came with his mistress, and asked Jho, the lead employee, to put some drug on his mistress’s drink. Who knows that later, the mistress switched the drink that caused him to die by heart attack. Turns out the mistress reveals the mystery of how the village is getting abandoned by its villagers. Cornered by the situation, the employee turns the myth, reality, and hope into their way out.

Manuel Alberto Maia
Manuel Alberto Maia or Abe, was born in Balibo, in 1989. Graduating his undergraduate degree in Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang. Starting his career as a filmmaker, Abe founded Komunitas Film Kupang (Kupang Film Community) in 2012 which lead him to his first short documentary in 2013, titled Kaos Kupang. In 2016, Abe released his first long documentary film, titled Nokas that has been presented in some film festivals and various community screening rooms. Abe keep on going his activity and make his community bigger and solid.

Tumpal Tampubolon
Tumpal Tampubolon is a filmmaker, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Math. In 2005, his first screenplay, The Last Believer, won the Jakarta International Film Festival (JiFFest) Script Development Competition for Best Short Fiction category. It was a chance for him to have first- hand filmmaking experience. Since then, he has written and directed several short films, which were screened in various domestic and international film festivals. In 2021, his short film The Sea Calls for Me received Sonje Award for Best Asian Short Film in Busan International Film Festival and Piala Citra for Best Short Film in Festival Film Indonesia.

Synopsis
Gina and Mutia are best friends who both can feel the presence of spirits when they were a child. After two years living in Bali, Gina was no longer interested in searching of spiritual enlightenment. Meanwhile, Mutia wo has just arrived in Bali is very excited with her spiritual tour as well as supernatural thing. When Gina idly offers to see the Celuluk (Balinese mythical creature that usually resides in the papaya trees of gedang renteng), Mutia immediately accepted the offer. The two of them went to the village garden to find the papaya tree.
While Mutia following the rituals required obediently, Gina began to felt something strange on the site. Frightened, she immediately asked Mutia to leave the garden. On the way back in the car with Mutia to the city center, Gina gets a phone call from Mutia herself, who is angry because she was left in the gedang tree.

Gianni Fajri was born on September 17, 1991 in Bandung, West Java. Music, fashion and films are her world. She is highly influenced by her dad who was a musician / artist and also her mother who is a fashion designer. She studied Fashion Business at LaSalle College, but with a big interest in filmmaking, she ended up working as the director for film behind the scenes. She worked for more than 7 featured films as BTS to learn and to connect with the people. Her career in filmmaking started with her short film in 2014 titled Julian Day, a film that was inspired by a band called Elephant Kind.

Synopsis
HERI (55) takes his daughter, FEMI (23) for a vacation to his hometown, the town of Bangka. He wants to show her the city that introduced him to Bakmi Bangka (a type of noodle dish), a dish that they sell in their family owned noodle shop in Jakarta. This is an important trip for Femi, as she is destined to inherit the shop when Heri retires. Femi is forced to go, even though she doesn’t want to. In fact, she has no interest in taking over the noodle shop.

Synopsis
Marsiti (15) a girl who has a dream to win buffalo race. She was trained by her late father and inherited two buffalos. Her mom wanted to sell the buffalos to Haji Roni, his father competitor. Marsiti was angry and stole the buffalos with the help of her two best friends, Ponidi (18) and Marjuki (17). They took the buffalos to Sumber Agung where the race was big and the price was high.
The problem is, there is no woman rides the buffalos on the race before. Not in Marsiti’s village, not in Sumber Agung nor any other place in the world.
She was rejected by the race organizers that was managed by Haji Roni, her father nemesis but the buffalos were allowed to race as long as she’s not the rider. Marsiti was begging Ponidi to ride her buffalos even though she knew Ponidi was too heavy to win the race. She has other plan to hijack the buffalos and to prove to the people that she can ride the buffalos.

Wisnu Surya Pratama is an Indonesian film director and writer that has worked in the industry since 2005. He worked mostly for documentary film, short fiction and TV commercials. Marsiti and the Buffalos is his third short fiction. The previous short fictions are Ella, part of Belkibolang omnibus and Rock N’ Roll. One of his documentaries titled Song Bird was awarded as Special Jury mention at 10th Muscat International Film Festival.

On a deserted beach, Urip, a debt collector, visits a food stall run by Ambar. Urip ordered a plate of pecel that reminds him of a tragedy that happened a week ago. At that time, he and his brother Darto went to the stall, which was still being managed by Ambar’s mother, Mak Sati. They argued about how Mak Sati should pay her debts. Talks about debt heated up and resulted in a riot.
