Synopsis
Sinopsis
Toni, his best buddy who had to unexpectedly transfer his family out of town, was given a jerry can of water from the Batanghari River by SOLEH (9 years old, MALE, JAMBI MELAYU), as a token of farewell. He undertook this challenging and exhausting expedition because he held to the urban legend that “Whoever drinks the water of the Batanghari River will definitely return to Jambi.” But in the end, they both understood that Indonesia’s motherland was referred to as the “water” in the tale. In spite of their differences, they are united by the Motherland.
