Dito Prasetyo was born in Garut, Indonesia in 1995. After finishing his bachelor's degree in English Literature at the University of Education Indonesia in 2018, he co-initiated a film community in Bandung and made his first short film in the following year. He then continued his filmmaking journey as a producer, director, and scriptwriter for a number of short films and was involved in some commercials and series production. His short films have been screened at various national and international film festivals.
